Hunting Hours in the Kispiox Valley of British Columbia

The Kispiox Valley is located in Northwest British Columbia at approximately 55° 21 minutes N-Latitude and 127° 41 minutes W-Longitude. This section of British Columbia observes daylight saving time in the Pacific Time Zone.
We feel it is important for prospective hunters to be aware that being located this far north we experience long days in the summer and long nights in the winter. Therefore we have provide a quarterly time table for the year so you may review the legal hunting hours for our area.
The links on right side of this page have been prepared utilizing the Ontario Weather site in conjunction with the US Naval Observatory. We have also incorporated "daylight saving time" into the table. Those hours shown in "black" are Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8), those indicated in "brown" are Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -7). The hours appearing in "blue" text are the calculated hours based on British Columbia's definition of a hunt day; no earlier than 1 hour prior to sunrise to no later than 1 hour after sunset.
