Hunt Pricing and Booking

All of our hunt prices (listed on each species page) are in Canadian funds and include professional guiding services, hunters choice of either 1 hunter/1 guide or 2 hunters/1 guide, all provisioning for accommodations, meals, equipment needed, for hunting (canoes, boats, etc) and field preparation of trophies ready for transport or transfer to local taxidermists.

All of our hunts require a 50% non-refundable deposit due within 14 days of a verbal booking. Balance of fees and monies for licenses are due 60 days prior to the hunt. Refunds will not be given unless hunt is subsequently rebooked by a hunter.

Our prices do not include, hotel accommodations prior to or following hunt, additional species licenses or fishing licenses, trophy crating, shipping and/or insuring, transportation flights for meat which can not be transported by regularly scheduled charter service for fly-in hunts, 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

License fees are controlled by the Fish and Wildlife Recreation and Allocation Branch of the Ministry of Water, Land and Air Protection and may be subject to change without notice. Licenses will be purchased prior to hunt by outfitter with monies received from clients. Licenses are paid with Canadian funds and incur a 5% GST tax and Habitat Fee.
